Old Farm home sales were very active this summer! Not only did average prices increase in the local area since the spring, they increased more rapidly year over year than Colorado Springs as a whole. (Old Farm increased 8.6% from 2014 while Colorado Springs increased 5.6%.) This was all while the number of closed sales decreased over 11% from last year. There are also a number of pending sales still to close. For the city as a whole, it appears that a healthy rate of sales is sustainable, leaving room for additional buyers to enter the market. If you are thinking of selling, now may be a great time!
